Situation
Having shared offices with another organization for more than a year and a half, Oxnard Chamber of Commerce President Nancy Lindholm and her team were more than eager to move into their new location. Lindholm also knew there was little chance of restoring the chamber's old phone system, which was hopelessly outdated and packed away in a storage locker while Chamber staff reluctantly shared the current phone system with the other organization.

Although Lindholm didn't know a lot about VoIP, she knew the chamber definitely needed a cost effective phone system with the latest features to support a busy staff and demanding membership.
