SANTA BARBARA, CA - September 26, 2008 - Dave Clark, President of Impulse, has been selected as one of the 2008 top "40 Under 40" young business leaders by the Pacific Coast Business Times. Honorees were selected from nominations of outstanding business leaders under the age of 40 in Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo and Ventura counties.

Winners were chosen "based on three criteria: professional accomplishment, community involvement, and outside validation of those accomplishments" according to George Wolverton, publisher of the Pacific Coast Business Times.
