  • Reliability: Our primary focus is limited to the areas in which we have facilities, and we differentiate ourselves technically through building reliable networks. Each one our Internet POPs has multiple paths to the Internet from that location. Our national competitors typically rely on a single network to get them to Los Angeles or San Francisco before their traffic has access to multiple networks. This means our service is more reliable, and our network speeds are better by putting you "closer" to the Internet.
     
  • 100% Availability: We purchase extra capacity to make sure our customers can always get on-line when they need to. So if you get a busy signal or circuit outage, let us know and we'll correct the problem or credit your account.
     
  • Professional Technical Support: Most technical support organizations are focused on keeping costs low since they often do not directly generate revenue. We have always recognized that experienced, professional support staff provide the best customer experience, and our staff has their full-time attention on providing knowledgeable, courteous, support.
     
  • Customer Satisfaction: Most of our customers have been with us for three years or longer. We are not focused on rapid growth at the expense of poor customer service, but are focused on creating long-term customer relationships with each and every customer.
     
  • Locally owned and operated network: Few, if any, competing national providers own their own network, and instead subcontract their dial-up service to other telecom companies. We have a network of local points-of-presence that we own and manage, so that when you run into a problem, we can actually log into our equipment and diagnose and fix the problem without having to call another company and ask them to find out what wrong and fix it.
     
  • Stability: We are not the largest Internet Service Provider, and we don't try to be. We've been in business and profitable since 1995 by managing our business intelligently, while we've seen many other approaches (and companies) come and go.   • Nationwide Access Numbers: We offer the same service as the big guys if you are moving or traveling. There is no extra charge to use this service beyond our basic dial-up charge, and you get to keep your reliable email account and continue to use our excellent support staff.
