| All configurations are found from the Tools | Options menu. | |

| Enter your user name@impulse.net for the POP account and
Return address fields.
Enter your name as you wish it to appear to your email recipients in the Real Name field. Select Winsock as the Connection Method. |

| The information will be carried down to the Personal Info Category. | |

| Enter mail.impulse.net in the SMTP server field. | |
 |
| Make sure Save Password is checked.
You may also wish to uncheck Send on check. |
