Configurations are under Options | Mail and News Preferences

	Most configurations are found from the Servers tab. Enter Mail and News servers as shown and enter your user name (your email address w/out the @impulse.net).

	Enter your email address from the Identity tab

	Check remember password from the Organization tab

	Select Mime Compliant from the Composition tab

	Customize your settings from the Appearance tab
