| All configuration options are accessed from Edit | Preferences. | |

| Click the plus sign next to Mail and Groupsand click Identity.
Enter your name as you wish it to appear to your email recipients. Then enter your user name (login name) @impulse.net |

| Click Messages and un-check Send HTML. | |
 |
| Click Mail Server.
Enter your user name (login name) for Mail server user name. Enter smtp.impulse.net for Outgoing mail server. Enter pop3.impulse.net for Incoming mail server. Click More Options. |

| Check Remember my password and click OK. | |
 |
| Click Groups Sever.
Enter news.impulse.net for Discussion Groups (news) sever. |

 |
| Click Offline. Select Work Offline and click OK. | |
