The first time you start Outlook Express the Internet Connection Wizard will start. Enter your name as you wish it to appear to your email recipients.

	Enter your email address (your user name @impulse.net)

	Enter mail.impulse.net for Incoming and Outgoing Mail Server.

	Enter your user name and password

	Select a name for this icon (mail.impulse.net)

	Select Connect using a phone line and click Next.

	Select your modem and click next.

	Type in your local dialup number. Impulse Dial Up numbers

	Type your user name and password.

	Select No to "Change advanced settings" and click next.

	Type Impulse and click next

	You're finished!
