Setting up Yahoo! to check your Impulse POP account

First and foremost, you must login at http://mail.yahoo.com. In the event that you don't have a yahoo account, click the Sign up now link.

Once logged in, click on the options link located in the menu bar.

Located inside options is the Mail Management section. In this section click Check other (POP) Mail.

Click the Add Mail Server button.

Inside are the POP server settings. Here you must specify the Mail Account Server, Mail Account Username, and Mail Account Password. Go ahead and enter pop3.impulse.net as the Mail Account server, then enter your Mail Account username and Mail Account password respectively. If you wish to view your mail but leave it on the server to be retrieved from elsewhere as well, click leave messages on POP server. Click ok.

This brings you back to the Add Mail Server screen. Here you can click Check Mail on the right.
