Netscape 7 Spam Filtering |
| Once inside Netscape Messenger , start by clicking on Tools and then selecting Message Filters... . |

| Then choose New | |

| In the Filter Name field type Spam
Then, as shown below, click the down arrow on the first part of the filter, by default it has Subject. Select Customize... |

| In the New message header field, type exactly as shown:
X-Spam-Flag Then click Add | |

| Make sure the three filter fields look like the image below by typing YES in the third field: [Field 1]: X-Spam-Flag [Field 2]: Contains [Field 3]: YES Along the bottom you choose what happens to the spam. Click the New Folder... button. |

| In the Name field type Spam
Click the down arrow of Create as a subfolder of... Select your account, then select your inbox, then click choose this for the parent Click OK to return to the Filter Rules window , click OK again to return to the Message Filters window, and click OK a third time to return to Netscape Messenger, completing the filter. |
