Click the New Message button to create a new email message.

	Address the message to yourself in the To: field as shown. Click the Send button.

	The message is not automatically sent but "queued" in your Outbox. Click the Outbox to check it.

	Click Send and Receive to send your email message.

	If you are not connected the Connect To window will appear. Click Connect and log in to Impulse.

	If you are already connected your message will be sent. After several seconds click Send and Receive again. Check the Inbox for your email message
