03:00pm STATUS Update: Still be addressed by Verizon. Possible further hardware issues. Still being worked on by Outage team.

09:10am Verizon is currently working on the issue. Equipment was replaced last night and it appears there is overloaded links currently running on the circuits. Please continue to check the status page for further updates regarding this outage. If you have questions or concerns please give us a call at 805-456-5800.

08:50am STATUS: Customers are still reporting issues. We are currently investigating the issue further with Verizon. Please continue to check the status page for continuous updates.

02:45pm STATUS UPDATE: Verizon will be doing multiple hardware changes between 3:30pm and 4:45PM PST. A network reboot and re-route is to follow. Testing the connection will begin at that point. Please continue to watch the status page for continuing updates on this outage. 11:20am Verizon currently still undergoing DSL Outage in Oxnard/Ventura Area. They have no current updates on the ETA. We will be following up as the day progresses.

08:40am Verizon is currently experiencing a Legacy DSL outage affecting the Oxnard/Ventura area only. If you are in this area and having DSL issues please be aware of this outage and check back for status updates and ETA's.

01:25pm Customers may have experienced a long delay in outgoing mail today and part of yesterday. This was an issue with our outgoing mail servers and was caused by spammers sending large amounts of outbound spam messages. The servers have been been cleared and outgoing messages are now flowing smoothly. WARNING: You may receive emails asking to click a link or enter personal information. PLEASE DELETE this email and disregard it. We do not send out messages of this type and will never ask for personal information. If you have any questions or concerns please call our Support Department at (805) 456-5800. Thank you.
