09:05am Verizon Update on the Outage affecting Oxnard/Ventura. Hardware Replacement is needed and parts have been ordered, possibility that they will arrive today. Further updates to follow this afternoon.

09:10am Verizon is currently working on the issue. Equipment was replaced last night and it appears there is overloaded links currently running on the circuits. 02:45pm STATUS UPDATE: Verizon will be doing multiple hardware changes between 3:30pm and 4:45PM PST. A network reboot and re-route is to follow. Testing the connection will begin at that point. 11:20am Verizon currently still undergoing DSL Outage in Oxnard/Ventura Area. They have no current updates on the ETA. We will be following up as the day progresses.

May 11, 2013:
01:25pm Customers may have experienced a long delay in outgoing mail today and part of yesterday. This was an issue with our outgoing mail servers and was caused by spammers sending large amounts of outbound spam messages. The servers have been been cleared and outgoing messages are now flowing smoothly. WARNING: You may receive emails asking to click a link or enter personal information. PLEASE DELETE this email and disregard it. We do not send out messages of this type and will never ask for personal information. If you have any questions or concerns please call our Support Department at (805) 456-5800. Thank you.
